The primary goal of Hurstridge Technologies is to make Radix the highest quality, bug-free software available. We work hard at developing Radix and take pride in the quality of our software. If you have a suggestion for a new feature or improvement to an existing module, please click here to let us know what it is. If you have discovered an actual bug in Radix, please click here to report it. If you are having a problem with installation or have technical questions, please follow the steps below.
Please note that technical support for Radix is and has always been free. However, we no longer offer a telephone number for support. We have found that when we offered telephone support, that almost all calls we received were questions that could easily be found simply by refering to the help file or could be answered in a single email. If you are having an issue that can not be answered by the documentation provided or it can not be resolved within a couple of emails, please be assured we will contact you via phone in order to get things fixed as quickly as possible.
We will respond as soon as possible to all technical support emails, but please be aware that due to time zone differences this might take several hours, even on a weekday. Licensed customers always receive priority over non-licensed users.
